Return + Refund Policy

All seasonal decor has a 14-day return policy and our non-seasonal decor has a 30-day return policy. In order to return and receive a refund please it must be within 14 or 30 days of purchase and in the same condition you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items; any food item, sanitary goods; soap, perfume, room sprays, & candles. 

Seasonal sale decor cannot be returned. Sale decor can be returned within the 14-day purchase period.

To complete any return, please have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us for any issue with your purchases. We will only exchange items that are defective or damaged. (712-321-3277)

All shipping costs will be paid for by the customer, regardless of needing an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
